Warranty and Service Terms

  1.  The STG Trust Policy is applicable only to products purchased through STG Partners (authorized dealers of M/s Emerge Inv LLC).
  2. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  3. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is applicable only upon presentation of the original invoice and warranty card.
  4. The Company’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at its sole discretion.
  5. On-site service at no additional cost will be provided for all listed products during the initial one-year warranty period.
  6. For the remaining warranty period, all warranty requests shall be routed through the retailer from whom the product was purchased, in accordance with standard warranty procedures.
  7. If the product is determined to be non-serviceable during the applicable warranty period, a replacement shall be provided at no additional cost.
  8. This warranty shall be void if the product is mishandled, misused, incorrectly installed, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  9. Damages resulting from power fluctuations, corrosion, moisture, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or natural disasters are not covered under this warranty.
  10. This warranty does not cover physical damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, colour fading, rusting, or consumable items (including but not limited to carbon brushes, fuses, batteries, filters, etc.).
  11. The warranty period shall not be extended or renewed following any repair or replacement.
  12. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
